2. Processing & Cut-off Time

We work efficiently to get your order ready for dispatch:

  • Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday–Friday).

  • Note: Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends/public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Transit & Delivery Time (Australia)

To provide a curated selection of products at competitive prices, we ship to Australia from our international fulfillment centres.

  • Transit Time: 7–12 Business Days (Monday–Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 8–15 Business Days (Handling + Transit).

Please Note: These are estimates. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our direct control, such as customs processing, regional courier delays, or extreme weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Transparency is our priority. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.

5. Taxes & Duties (Australia)

At Patriots Provipshop, we strive for a "no hidden costs" experience.

  • GST: In accordance with Australian tax regulations, the prices shown at checkout are inclusive of 10% GST where applicable.

  • Import Duties: For the majority of orders under $1,000 AUD, no additional import duties apply. For orders exceeding this threshold, any potential customs fees are handled in accordance with Australian Border Force regulations.

6. Delivery Accuracy & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Address Changes: We cannot guarantee address updates once an order has entered the processing stage.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a pickup point, additional reshipping fees may apply.
