Refund policy

At Patriots Provipshop (www.patriotsprovipshop.com), your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds in full accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@patriotsprovipshop.com.

⚠️ Important Address Notice: Our registered business address in Ottawa is an administrative office and is not a return facility. Returns sent to the Canada address without prior approval cannot be processed. Upon approval, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and the designated return address for our logistics partners.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: In accordance with the ACL, if an item is defective, unsafe, or significantly different from the description, Patriots Provipshop will cover all return shipping costs.
Change of Mind: For standard returns where you have changed your mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund:

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
Products must be unused and in the same condition as received.
Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Note: If items are returned used or damaged beyond reasonable inspection, a partial refund or depreciation deduction may apply as permitted by law.

5. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 AUD).

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Credits will be applied to your original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to post the transaction.

7. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes or models within the 30-day window. Please contact info@patriotsprovipshop.com to arrange this. For change-of-mind exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
